How to Get an Amenity Access Card

·       Step 1: When requesting an amenity center key card, please email ([email protected])  with the following contact information:

o   Full name

o   Property address

o   Proof of residency

o   Phone #

o   Email address

·       Step 2: Requests will be tracked on a weekly basis (Monday-Friday), and cards will be distributed in an appropriate timely manner.

o   Payment: We will now be accepting payment through a CDD corporate Square account.

·       Step 3: Furthermore all (residents/nonresident’s/renters) cards tracked for the current week will be activated every Friday of the current week once payment has been received and verified.

 

Our goal is to streamline this process to ensure overall satisfaction, and track all cards being distributed so we can manage the card activations.
